Formerly Sr. Vice President in JAYPEE Hydro Group Noida, holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering. Is credited with experience of   more than 40 years  in various disciplines including Design, Engineering and Planning of Electro-mechanical works of Conventional & Pumped storage Hydro Electric Projects, both surface and underground installations,  and  associated 220/400 kV switchyards both of conventional as well as gas-insulated type. Has served in responsible position in Central Electricity Authority (Govt. of India), Private Sector (Jaypee Hydro Power Group under Jaiprakash Associates Ltd) and Chukha Hydro Power Project (4×84 MW), Bhutan.
