FOUNDER DIRECTOR

Kanti Prasad

The Founder Director of MOUNTHIM Integrated Projects & Services Pvt. Ltd. is a distinguished power-sector professional with over 55 years of experience in hydroelectric power projects, encompassing planning, engineering, implementation, operations and maintenance, EHV transmission systems, and EHM.

His extensive professional career includes involvement in more than 20 hydroelectric power and associated infrastructure projects, providing him with comprehensive expertise in project development, execution, operational management, and technical coordination.

He has previously served as Head of Hydro Services & Exports at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) and as President/Adviser at Jaypee Hydro Power Limited, Noida. His leadership experience, technical knowledge, and understanding of the complete project lifecycle bring significant value to MOUNTHIM's capabilities in the power and infrastructure sectors.

Through his association with MOUNTHIM, he contributes strategic guidance, technical leadership, and extensive industry experience to support the delivery of reliable, efficient, and sustainable energy infrastructure solutions.

DIRECTOR

A. K. Sinha

Shri A. K. Sinha is a seasoned hydro-power professional with over 40 years of rich experience in hydroelectric project design, engineering, procurement, and project management. He formerly served as Chief Engineer, Central Electricity Authority (CEA) and Senior Vice President, Jaypee Hydro Power Limited, Noida.

His extensive expertise encompasses hydroelectric plant design and engineering, plant and equipment procurement, technical evaluation, project planning and implementation, and various engineering and management aspects of hydro-power projects. His professional experience reflects a comprehensive understanding of the technical, operational, and managerial requirements involved in developing and delivering complex hydroelectric infrastructure.

At MOUNTHIM, Shri Sinha brings valuable technical insight, strategic guidance, and leadership experience to support the planning, engineering, and implementation of hydroelectric power projects, contributing to the organisation's commitment to engineering excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainable infrastructure development.

DIRECTOR

A. V. Ramachandran

Shri A. V. Ramachandran is a distinguished electrical engineering professional and industry leader with over 50 years of experience in the design, production, planning, and manufacturing of Extra High Voltage (EHV) transformers and associated substation equipment. He formerly served as Managing Director of Transformers and Electricals Kerala Limited (TELK), bringing extensive leadership experience in electrical equipment manufacturing and industrial management.

His professional expertise encompasses EHV transformer design and manufacturing, production planning, quality assurance, substation equipment, and the management of complex engineering and infrastructure development initiatives. His extensive technical knowledge and managerial experience provide valuable insights into the development, execution, and management of power-sector infrastructure.

At MOUNTHIM, Shri Ramachandran contributes his technical expertise, strategic leadership, and industrial management experience to strengthen the company's capabilities in power transmission, electrical infrastructure, and integrated engineering consultancy, with a focus on technical excellence, reliability, and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
